Amb motiu del Dia Mundial de l’Exercici físic, el 5 d’abril, l’ABS La Roca ha organitzat una jornada plena d’actes amb el lema ‘Mou-te, i viu feliç’. S’ha constatat que el fet d’acumular 30 minuts d’activitat fisica diària en adults i gent gran -i 60 minuts en infants i adolescents- millora la qualitat de vida.
Pel que fa al matí, la pista del CEM de La Roca acollirà una sessió de Pilates de 9:45 h a 10:45h, mentre que d’11:00 h a 12:00 es realitzarà una caminada oberta a tothom des del mateix escenari.
Quant a la tarda i al vespre, les activitats es concentraran a la Plaça de l’Era, davant de l’ABS La Roca: una ballada de Lindy Hop amb l’escola de dansa (17:30 h a 18:00 h) i una ballada de swing amb el dj Martí Gasool (18:00 h a 20 h).
