La fisioterapeuta comunitària dl’ABS La Roca del Vallès, Yaira Paredes, oferirà un taller sobre sòl pelvià, que tindrà lloc el 26 d’abril i els dies 10 i 17 de maig, de 12:15 h a 13:15 h, al Casal del barri Congrès-Indians.
La musculatura del sòl pelvià està implicada en funcions importants de l’organisme i, durant el taller, s’oferiran consells i pautes per mantenir-la sana.
Aquesta activitat està organitzada pel CAP Cotxeres, el districte de Sant Andreu i AREP.
